Part 2 Architect Required for Mid Kent Developer

I am currently working with a fantastic residential developer who have been established now for over 20 years. They pride themselves on their ability to deliver on a variety of developments from stylish apartments, oast houses to luxury dwellings.

Along with their luxury builds they also have a very strong relationship with local Housing Associations and are currently in planning stages of several developments. Due to the increased workload they are now looking to expand their design team and bring on a Part 2 Architect to join the team with immediate effect.

Your new role will consist of working alongside the Senior Architect in taking outline applications to fully detailed applications as well as engaging with site.

In order to succeed you must hold the relevant qualifications in Architecture and be proficient in the software you would expect to be used. IE AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit although Revit is not essential. My client are looking for an individual who has a passion for the residential sector and can see themselves growing with a company with a view to progress in further years.
