Working for an expanding business in Parkwood, Maidstone
They are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator
This role is responsible for ensuring all invoices across four Business Units and three Legal Entities are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with authority levels within the division. Reporting to the Management Accountant you will be a fundamental part of the Finance team processing invoices and other related administration tasks across the division.
Duties will include:
* Logging, maintaining and filing invoices.
* Process supplier set up forms
* Raise and Process Purchase orders
* Investigating and resolve supplier queries.
* Creating company reports.
* Reconcile supplier statements and obtain copy invoices
* Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details.
* Any accounts duties that are required dependent on the workload
It is essential that you have experience of working in a similar role, able to multi-task and change your duties at a moments notice. This is a small office so no day will be the same, and you will need to work off your own initiative. Little training is given therefore you will need to be confident to ask for help if required.
Minimum 30 hours per week required
