We are working with a key client based in the Swale area to secure applications to join their expanding technical team as a Customer Service Technician.

The role sits within the Customer Service team who are involved in preparing products to be released to their customers, fault finding and repair services for any units received back and providing technical support to end user customers on both written and verbal communications

The role will require the successful person to have gained experience with a range of small mechanical and electronic components that will need to be assembled and/or tested for compliance and fault finding diagnosis. Any experience with PCB/ Pneumatics/ Mechanical Assembly/ Component Assembly/ Fault finding etc would be of great benefit.

Working in a small team at a secure location, you will keep accurate documented records for each unit and work with team leaders and the quality department to reach satisfactory outcomes. A methodical and systematic approach to this job role with strong attention to detail will need to be demonstrated in any prior skills/experience.

The location requires a car driver and at peak times a flexible attitude to working hours will be necessary.
