A global leader in their field, operating from 100 countries is looking to recruit a Customer Experience Team leader to help them shape, coach and motivate their customer experience team of administrators and drive them to deliver an exceptional customer service journey.

The successful person will be confident in leading a team of customer service staff or administrators and be able to give examples of how they demonstrated leading a team in a previous role. You will be driven and passionate in delivering first class customer service to your customers and ideally have experience within an inbound/outbound call centre team.

Responsibilities for this role will include training and motivating an administration team ensuring performance levels are met.

Review, implement and develop business processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ultimately deliver a first class service to the customer.

* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft applications
* Experience of using a CRM
* SAP or ERP knowledge
