Our well established client is looking to hire a motivated .NET Development Team Lead (C#, .NET, SQL) to join a dynamic team in a growing eCommerce business. This is a hybrid role encompassing tech delivery, hands on development and team leading.
The role is office based in Folkestone, COVID 19 social distancing safety measures are in place and these have been approved by the HSE Advisor.
Part of your role as .NET Development Team Lead will entail working on the maintenance and upkeep of their existing software suite, whilst also working on new applications, as they migrate away from legacy systems. This role is ideal for someone looking for an exciting opportunity in a growing business who is looking to make an immediate impact.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Development Team Leader (C#, .NET, SQL)
You will motivate a team of developers to deliver to schedule and ensure the timely delivery of a project
You will be a hands on Team Lead, designing and developing web-based applications using the appropriate technology, working within the development governance framework, including adherence to Coding Guidelines, UI Guides, automated testing and code reviews.

You and your team will own the entire project life cycle and support from requirements gathering through to test. You should be an accomplished leader and have excellent communication skills to excel in the role. You will have experience of testing, refactoring and reporting and be a high-quality coder in your own right. You should be comfortable reviewing other developers code to ensure high coding standards are maintained.
