A key player in managing the arrival and despatch of equipment within our operation.

Job Role includes:

Maintaining equipment stock records on the stock control system – accurately booking equipment in and out at our Canterbury warehouse whilst also monitoring stock levels at remote warehouses.
Liaising with in-house project coordinators, warehouse staff and external couriers/logistics suppliers.
Liaising with our overseas operations team to progress chase equipment deliveries.
Managing critical spare part stock levels and coordinate regular stock checks.
Able to report stock status and escalate issues to the Projects team clearly and accurately.
Monitoring enquiries from our online spares’ portal, liaising with technical specialists and other stakeholders to identify equipment requirements and facilitate timely dispatch.
Assisting the management team in developing new procedures and ways of working as part of a continuous improvement ethos.
Assisting with other ad hoc duties in our warehouse operation as required from time to time.

You must be computer literate with previous experience using office 365 and have experience working in a co-ordination role and/or from an engineering background. SharePoint experience would be advantageous.

Working as part of a close-knit team, good communication skills and the ability to calmly manage changing priorities are essential.

Own transport is essential for this rural position.
