With modern, luxurious accommodation, incredible golf, pool facilities and delicious World infused cuisine, Cave Hotel and Golf Resort is Kent’s most exciting new Hotel and Restaurant and is looking for a dynamic, innovative, and enthusiastic person to join our chefs’ brigade as Chef de Partie.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience of working within a high level busy professional kitchen, someone who has worked with fresh food and someone who is creative and passionate in their cooking.
As a Chef de Partie you oversee a section of the kitchen, be it pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, vegetables and so on.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes
• Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
If you are an enthusiastic Chef de Partie looking for a challenging role where you can develop your knowledge further, then this could be the role for you. Salary will be paid depending on experience.
