Our client, a successful independent-feel Estate agency, are looking for a Branch Manager to join their busy, friendly and fun office. They are currently experiencing consistent growth and expansion of client demand and seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop their very successful branch within the market. You will look after Sales and Lettings functions, and drive the team towards great things!

Responsibilities:
• Leading from the front and delivering and encouraging excellent service levels
• Valuing and listing new instructions

• Conducting team meetings and coaching
• Building and maintaining customer relationships through consistent contact via phone, email/written correspondence and face to face
• Manage sales and lettings pipelines, reviewing performance and managing KPIs
• Recruitment of new staff
You will need to have previous Branch Management experience in sales and lettings. Implement strong leadership skills and the ability to encourage and maintain and fun and friendly atmosphere, promoted by the wider business. Excellent communication skills with the team and customers alike is essential.
