HR GO Recruitment are currently assisting a company looking to grow their services in the UK in their search for a Business Development Manager within the IT Sector. The ideal candidate will be based in Kent and happy to work from home undertaking their responsibilities. This company have extensive knowledge in the industry and are seeking someone with the same passion as theirs.



Main duties:

Understanding customer requirements and make suggestions on how to improve the production process
*

To prepare sales and marketing activity reports considering the abroad sites in regard to IT sales
*

Work closely with customers, make periodic site visits, develop customer-specific and general sales & marketing plans to identify future opportunities
*

Preparation, coordination, and execution of customer meetings at management level, in line with company regulations
*

Offering specific solutions to customers by correct analysis of customer needs and requirements
*

Create and maintain a customer base and sales pipeline through lead generation and account management
*

Have involvement in product creation and going to market with new ideas
*

Supporting and organising trade fairs and marketing campaigns with subject matter expertise

The ideal candidate:

*

Educated to Degree level in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is desirable
*

Ability to work independently without supervision
*

Experience in the IT industry is essential with expertise in hardware/software and some operating systems
*

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
*

Must be happy to work from home, with occasional site visit



The hourly rate for this role is £8.72ph, working around 25 hours a week

Commission will be based on 15-25% of NET profit of any sales

This role is working Monday - Friday
