HR GO are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Team Leader for the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-2pm paying £10.20 per hour.

You will require a Standard DBS for this role, process via HR GO unless you have a check on the update service.



The purpose of this role will be to provide support to Housekeeping, Domestics and Linen teams.

To effectively deploy staff and resources to ensure a high quality of service delivery.

Ensure hygiene standards within the domestic and catering environments are monitored and maintained.



Key Responsibilities

* Daily contact with Housekeeping, Domestic, Linen and Customer Support.
* Full range of domestic and housekeeping duties in the working area.
* Customer satisfaction and relationship building.
* Direct and assist domestics, housekeeping, accommodation and linen staff within departments.
* Manage absence and arrange cover.
* Provide staff training.
* Maintain hygiene and Health and Safety legislation and ensure staff are fully inducted.
* Ensure compliance with legal and organisational legislation's.
* Assist in investigations under the control of the Customer Support Manager.
* Deputise when Customer Support Manager is off site.
* Carry out tasks as required.
* Manage the administration of Staff Accommodation.
* Deputise in the absence of the Service Manager.



System Experience:

* Payroll systems
* Finance systems
* Computer Aided FM system (CAFM)
* Communication Devices
* Booking Systems



Candidates MUST be IT L:iterate and have a good understanding of Microsoft Packages.
