This company is offering a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable customer service experience in an office based environment. The company, in the insurance industry, is based in Tunbridge Wells, and additionally they provide all of their staff excellent training and support at all times. On a day to day basis, you will be taking calls from customers who simply need your assistance regarding their insurance policy/ It is not a sales-driven environment; it is all about providing customer service and information where necessary. This role will give you the opportunity to gain experience in an office, work in a fantastic team, and develop your skills.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have some experience in a customer service role.
The role begins on a temporary contract, with the aim of it becoming a permanent one over time.
