I am working with an exciting, growing and innovative e-commerce business on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells, who have grown considerably over the last few months. With a focus on producing quality, high performance products at a fraction of the cost, it’s a winning business proposition!

My client is looking for a highly motivated, hardworking and incredibly organised Head of Production/Supply Chain to help oversee, manage, motivate and drive the team as well as a brand-new custom-built facility! This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s fasting growing companies!

You will have a passion for setting standards, implementing processes and building a highly motivated, efficient and quality focussed team – capable of delivering high levels of output (circa 100,000 + per week), forecasting needs associated with labour, materials and production. You will ensure quality standards and processes are adhered too, implementing ideas for change, growth and development to existing methods.

The right person will have production or supply chain management experience (or both), a proven record of managing/leading teams and change, comfortable working with IT systems and have a meticulous eye for detail!
