We have a very exciting opportunity for a Trainee Production Planner to join our client based on the outskirts of Canterbury.

Our client is looking for someone with proven administration skills, ideally within a manufacturing environment, with a keen interest in the production and materials side of things.

This role is going to be hands on with a lot of time spent in the workshop. You will gain a good working knowledge of all the machinery and the full production process.

The successful candidate will:
• Be confident and have a can-do approach
• Be willing to learn and develop further
• Have grades C or above in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Have a professional telephone manner
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office programmes
• Have an aptitude to prioritise
• Have the ability to use own initiative

As stated, you will ideally have a background in administration within a manufacturing environment, but a competent administrator is an absolute must.

Working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm. Due to location, you must have access to your own transport.
