EXPORT ADMINISTRATION CLERK REQUIRED URGENTLY FOR OUR BARFRESTONE OFFICE.
The Ideal candidate would be dealing with current and potential customers from all over the world.
Must have a confident telephone manner, also conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Preferably minimum of 1 years export experience and knowledge of Brexit conditions for exporting goods.
Duties would include the following:-
Dealing with foreign enquiries or any queries that foreign customers may have.
Taking and processing orders, raising commercial invoices, completing dangerous goods notes, arranging shipping of products and liaising with international carriers.
Dealing with the despatch department on a daily basis.
Hours: 08.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Workplace pension
Statutory sick pay
28 days holiday per annum (this includes all bank holidays)
Transport essential due to the location of the business.
We have a non-smoking policy here due to the nature of the business.
