We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager for our client, a global supplier of wholesale goods to over 40 countries around the world.

As Warehouse Manager, you will report to the Operations Director and work closely with the Operations Assistant. Duties will be to:

• Manage the efficient input, receipt, storage and dispatch of stock and play a vital role within the supply chain process.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, processes and systems to ensure goods are received and despatched appropriately.
• Ensure productivity targets are met by the warehouse team
• Be responsible for all warehouse Health and Safety and have a commitment to safe working practices.
• Bring an innovative approach to leadership – being creative and implementing new ways to improve performance.
• Demonstrate a total commitment to safe working practices and compliance of Health and Safety.

The successful Warehouse Manager for this role will:

• Be a natural leader, who can coach, nurture & develop your team, helping them to achieve and exceed their KPI's and deliver on department objectives
• Have experience of managing a team within a fast-paced operation, ideally within a logistics environment
• Have 2 years' experience leading & developing teams
• Ideally hold a Flexi Forklift License and previous training in First Aid in the Workplace, Health and Safety and Racking Checks.

We are offering a generous salary of £30,000-£35,0000 per annum for the successful candidate. You will also benefit from 28 days holiday plus an extra day for every 2 years of service up to a maximum of 5. There is also a Cycle to Work scheme and staff discounts of products.
Hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.
A shift pattern is implemented during peak season (Sept-Dec).
