An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a successful business based in Medway.
This role will be based on an initial three-month temporary contract with potential to be extended, therefore candidates will need to be available immediately.
The ideal individual will be a part qualified accountant with a strong background in Transactional Finance Management.
You will be leading an income team ensuring the company maximises its income through effective collecting of monies owed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all required Financial Assessments are completed and audited.
* Ensure that all Financial Assessments are proactively monitored
* Responsible for the collection of fees owed.
* Ensuring excellent customer service is adhered to at all time.
* Arrange the production and distribution of statements are completed on time.
* Responsible for all arrears are being pursued and recorded inline with current processes and procedures.
* Refer cases for write off to the Director of Finance
* Develop and document financial processes, procedures, and controls
* Manage and develop a small team.
* All other ad-hoc duties as outlined by the Head Of Finance
Person Specification
* Demonstrate evidence in experience required in the above responsibilities.
* ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified
* Ability to manage and work within budgets, using measures of income and expenditure to plan and validate proposals.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft EXCEL, Word, and Outlook.
* Experience managing a small team.
* Excellent communication skills
3 month contract, potential to be extended.
£15 to £17 per hour
