Customer Relations Executive
To assist Customer Relations & Compliance Manager with managing complaints, and to assist the Theft & Antifraud Manager with investigating claims.
.
• To liaise with policyholders regarding complaints.
• Review escalated complaints, complete own investigations prior to issuing Policyholder with Final Response Letter.
• Prepare FOS case file submissions and manage any subsequent query from the FOS.
• Complete regular cleanse of complaint data and ensure data is accurate.
• Work with Training Dept. to developed/update complaint related training.
• Mentor & develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Provide technical and job related support to team members ensuring company standards, procedures and compliance are maintained
• To undertake any individual or team task or activity reasonably requested and in line with the company values.
• Helpfulness and a passion for customer service
• High energy levels
• Positive approach
• Team player
• Drive and enthusiasm for meeting targets
• Empathy and understanding
• Confidence & a professional attitude
• Experience of working in a customer relations role within the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of industry antifraud techniques.
Immediate interview, and flexible start date
Monday - Friday - normal office hours
