THIS ROLE WILL START OFF PART-TIME TEMP AND DEVELOP INTO FULL-TIME PERMANENT ROLE
Are you immediately available to start a new Administration role?
Do you have experience with Utilities?
If the above answers are yes, this temp to perm role could be perfect for you!
We are supporting a growing business in Medway with their search for a temp to perm Administrator to start ASAP. With the growth of the business this new role will be on hand to support with all aspects of administration for projects including ordering materials, document control and booking training courses.
Duties include but not limited to:
* 1st point of contact for enquires
* Ordering Materials
* Updating equipment logs
* Assigning order numbers to the correct jobs
* Supporting with document control
* Managing any adhoc administration
Skills required:
* Experience using Office 356 & SharePoint
* Construction or Utilities Background
* Strong organisation skills
