We have a wonderful opportunity with one of our clients based in Maidstone. Our client are looking for a customer focused IT Support Technician to join their team due to an exciting period of growth.
Main Duties
. Liaising with clients with regards to IT and software related issues
. Providing guidance to clients to rectify problems
. Liaising with senior technical teams and identifying solutions
. Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
. Remote accessing client systems to resolve issues
Monday - Friday
09:00 - 17:30
Flexibility to work from home and from the office.
£18,000 - £22,000 + Free Parking
