We have an opportunity for a Head of Digital Content to provide maternity cover for up to a year. The role will see you manage the development and delivery of Fabrick’s digital content offering (including social media, PPC, SEO etc), acting as a catalyst to aid integration with other marketing services offered by Fabrick.

You will be required to manage a team of four social media, SEO and PPC Executives and work closely with the Executive Board and producing business cases for future expansion.

Your will be required to project and communicate clients’ brands, company values and core messages to the market and manage, develop and efficiently deliver Fabrick’s digital marketing team and services, ensuring all outputs are of the highest standard and delivered on time and within budget. In addition you will need to liaise with key stakeholders both internally and externally and confidently talk in weekly/monthly client meetings to initiate and generate new ideas, leading to tangible results.


Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point for all client digital marketing related queries
• Manage, prioritise and communicate the department’s workload and outputs, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently, on time and to the highest standards.
• Initiate and lead brainstorming and digital marketing concept development
• Clearly present and explain digital marketing concepts/ideas to clients
• Support the production of Fabrick proposals and pitches, including providing detailed budgets / quotes for new work
• Produce social media strategies and policies for clients and Fabrick, ensuring objectives and KPIs will be met.
• Manage and maintain all social platforms and community management for clients and Fabrick
• Identify new trends and recommend new beneficial features, functionality and social channels.
• Work with internal teams/departments in order to support the delivery of client social media and digital contracts
• Work with the Account Managers to identify digital opportunities outside of the original client contract
• Ensure all outputs from the department are produced to a high standard, within budget, on time and meet the clients’ brief.
• Create and manage the delivery and implementation of social and digital content plans, ensuring content is well written and accurate, on brand and delivered to the right channel(s) and within schedule.
• Identify, suggest, create and monitor social channels to allow the Digital team to react to prominent engagements and followers
• Conduct Social Audits on channels to ensure the right content is being posted at the right time.
• Manage the production and distribution of client digital media reports, ensuring a full analysis of current activities and recommendations for improvements.
• Drive KPI alignment, support clients in target setting, and drive best practice in social measurement across the business. Set clear KPIs for individual campaigns and track performance to derive learnings and improve
• Support the build, testing and delivery of email marketing including client reports detailing results and recommendations
• Manage the delivery of Fabrick’s SEO services, including reporting and analytics
• Day to day management of the Digital marketing team
• Supervise and support the members of the Digital team such that they are able to perform at their optimum level and meet client’s objectives
• Create and sustain a working culture and environment that drives employee satisfaction within the Digital marketing department
• Manage and mentor members of the Digital marketing team and encourage best working practice on all of the above

• Advanced working level of Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of email platforms (Campaign Monitor / Mailchimp etc)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Paid Social
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Working knowledge of social publishing and reporting tools (Hubspot, Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Sprout Social)
• Reporting – indepth analysis of results and ability to provide recommendations
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Basic Knowledge of online design tools (Canva, Giphy etc)
