Our client are an independent chain of retail outlets in the well-being sector, and due to business growth and company development, they are looking for an experienced retail manager to join their business as an Operations Manager for the area.

Leading all branches and the managers to succeed in customer service, sales and staff development, you will enjoy a hugely varied role. Enjoy strategising and creating sales plans, managing productivity and ensuring exceptional service is maintained across the business. Manage company affairs, including profit and loss, analysis and reporting. Also meet with store managers and staff, undertaking training, reviews, appraisals and recruiting new team members!

SET FOR GROWTH!
Our client are set to expand, and in turn your role could too! Work to increase store sales and brand awareness, and work with the owners to launch new stores.

You will also get involved occasionally with day-to-day operations, stock, visual merchandising and even being on-hand to 'man' the store in light of holidays/absences.

This is a unique role like no other! Bring your skills to the table and make the role your own! Loads of autonomy!

WORK-FROM-HOME!
You will have the luxury of working from home, whilst also travelling to stores and other outlets. You will need to drive.

Some weekend contact may be required.
