We are a fast-growing supplier of coffee machines and vending solutions to a number of blue chip clients throughout the UK, we also provide healthy snack and drink solutions to hospitals.

A new role has arisen for a highly organised, computer literate individual within our offices in Medway City Estate.

Previous experience is essential in a sales office environment along with experience in dealing with customers both face to face and on the phone, experience within the Coffee industry will be an advantage.

Customer Service Job Duties:

Answers customer support messages via telephone or email promptly to enhance the customer service experience
Working alongside the Sales Director, proactively contacts customers by telephone or email to arrange service and parts required
Patiently listens attentively to customers needs and liaises with the Sales Director to maximise potential opportunities.
Contact suppliers to arrange purchase of parts and machines required
Update customer and sales databases circulating information to the management team
Accurately records and logs interaction with customers and updates account/sales information and able to retrieve this information to create reports for management
Keeps sensitive information and financial records private and confidential
Works with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers
Knowledge of updated company rules and policies to address issues such as returns, faulty merchandise, wrong delivery and delayed delivery to inform customers
Address customer questions about new products, services, promotions on sales
Organises mailshots, e-shots and other marketing opportunities to current and prospective customers
Meets regularly with Sales Director to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response time and tools to improve staff experience
Contributes to bottom lines sales by increasing customer satisfaction and maximising opportunities
Warehouse duties may also be required to pick, pack and desptach parts and consumables to match customer orders
Customer Service Skills and Qualifications:

Good Communication Skills, Customer Service Support Experience, Excellent Listening Skills, Results-Driven, Pro-active and able to Work as a Team and on their own , Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Pays Attention to Detail, Fast Learner, Engaging Personality, Problem-Solver, Analytical, Patient, Skilled Typist, Multi-tasking, Prioritising, Phone Etiquette

Clean Driving Licence and lives within a commutable distance of Medway City Estate essential
