Based in Strood, WindowPlan was established in 1998 and provide high-end window, door and conservatory installations into the Commercial and Home improvement sectors.
Due to our continued growth we are seeking a full time experienced administrator working 9-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience with 20 days A/L
Job Role:
- Deal with Telephone enquiries
- Providing full support for Installations & Service Departments
- Make/take bookings.
- Be POC for pre/post installation queries
- Update primary business database daily
- Update Vehicle tracker
- Update training Matrix
- Prepare warranties and Compliance Certificates
- General administrative duties as required by the business
Essential Requirements
- IT Literate to include MS Office/Excel
- Professional appearance and phone manner
- Excellent time management skills
Desirable
- Experience in construction or double-glazing industries beneficial but not essential.
- Customer Service background
- Understanding of H & S
