Church International Ltd and its sister company, KA2, are seeking our first Digital Marketing Manager.
We are a dynamic group of tech organisations, headquartered in Kent, with an international reach and influence.

The tech sector is fast-paced and highly competitive (we think this makes it one of the most interesting). Our clients can’t stand still and neither can we. So, we are seeking someone who can tell our story, shout about our success, sell our services but most importantly – connect us with our future customers. How you achieve this is up to you. In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for executing an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned to our business goals, for both companies.
Role & responsibilities
• Create and drive our content/social media marketing strategy including thought leadership, brand building and demand generation campaigns.
• Manage our CRM and associated tooling to optimise insight and implement a marketing automation strategy to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Develop and manage our websites ensuring that our brands are represented optimally.
• Identify digital marketing trends to optimise performance based on insights.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touch points so that the customer experience is enhanced.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners such as video producers to create an optimal digital experience for users.
Ideally, we are looking for:
A creative writer: someone who is able to communicate with a technically-minded audience in a way that engages and inspires action.
An analytical mind: ROI is key, as is the ability to accurately measure it.
A flair for design: the ability to pair your words with engaging design through the use of Adobe Indesign, Photoshop or illustrator (bonus points if you have experience of animation and video creation).
An entrepreneurial spirit: You bring the skill’s; we’ll give you the support and autonomy you need to exceed expectations. You’re in control.
Skills, knowledge & experience
• You will probably have a good class Digital Marketing degree, but we believe the right drive and attitude is often more important than pure academic achievement.
• Can you show us how you can both create the strategy and deliver tangible results in a technology related company?
• Be great at using a variety of tooling in your role and in particular have excellent CRM/marketing automation experience including knowledge of HubSpot.
• Constantly evolving. As the newest member of our team, you’ll be in a position to make the greatest impact. Are you up for the challenge?
• Able to articulate your ideas well both in writing and verbally. Can you turn ideas into solutions, confidently convey these to our customers and then deliver?
• Work both collaboratively and individually and be proud of the team achievement as well as your own contribution.
