Machine Operative

RSFL are currently working with a key client in Southfleet who are recruiting for Machine operatives on a permanent night shift basis.
As a permanent opportunity this role offers you stability in the current market. You will be required to work 7pm to 530am on a shift pattern that includes weekends.

Rate of pay:
£10.45 to £11.47 per hour depending on experience, free parking, onsite canteen, all PPE provided, and overtime is freely available.
Your duties will include:

* Carry out machinery start up checks and report anomalies
* Ensure safe use of our facilities and equipment, while also ensuring safe working environment
* Ensure the safety, legality and quality of our products
* Liaise daily with Team Leaders on production targets

This role involves some manual handling and the ability to withstand working in cold storage conditions on a daily basis.
We are seeking candidates with positive attitudes and a willingness to work as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.

Experience in a similar role is desirable although not required, as full training will be provided.
