Working within financial services you will work in a fast paced customer service environment, predominantly by email

Key responsibilities

* Taking lead (with support) on a new project
* Communicating via high volumes of email to customers
* Updating a spreadsheet/database - minimal requirement
* Learning processes and working emails appropriately
* (Potentially) Opening & scanning of post

Person specification

Skills/Ability/Knowledge:

* Working with speed, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
* Intermediate Level in MS Office including Word, Excel

Communication:

* Excellent written and verbal communications

Personal qualities:

* Effective communication skills & exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with stakeholders & colleagues, fostering an innovative & collaborative environment.
* Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
* Positive & approachable
* Pro-active, self-motivated & committed
* A team player yet with the ability to work on own initiative & autonomously

This role is temporary - up to 6 months

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Location: Office based in Kings Hill
