JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive - SAP

LOCATION: Ashford, Kent (home based role)

SALARY: £12ph

TERM: Temporary - 3 Months

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

This is a brand new vacancy just in, working for an innovative employer based in Ashford, Kent. This Global company are recognised as a local employer of choice who have embraced home working and flexibility amongst their staff.

The offices are based in Ashford with free parking, however you will initially be based from home with the flexibility for both home and office working.

This is a Temporary role starting immediately for 3 months so please only apply if you do not need to give notice.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

* Providing excellent Customer Service to clients across the UK
* Processing customer orders
* Accurately inputting orders onto SAP
* Working with logistics to arrange couriers and confirming delivery dates
* Speaking with suppliers over phone and email
* Liaising with other departments and offices across the UK

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

* Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ideally some SAP experience but not essential
* High levels of accuracy and an eye for detail
* Excellent Customer Service skills
