Based in Snodland, Must Have Ideas Ltd is a friendly, small but rapidly growing ecommerce company selling household, garden and storage products to our growing customer base in the UK.

We are looking for a Buyer to join our small but busy friendly team to help us keep up with growing demand for our innovative products.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers (both overseas, European and UK based)
• Stock forecasting to ensure that we place orders on a just-in-time basis
• Ownership of the Far East supply chain, including dealing with freight forwarders to organise the shipment of orders (both air and sea freight) and tracking the freight progress through until delivery
• Monitoring stock levels and sales forecasts to ensure orders are placed at the perfect time to minimise our stock holding but ensuring we are never out of stock
• Price negotiations with suppliers to ensure we are always getting the best quality at the best price
• Ensuring that all suppliers adhere to our supplier terms and conditions

You must:
• Have experience of buying and, ideally, importing goods
• Be well motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player
• Have very good attention to detail and be able to perform under pressure
• Computer literate
