Eurobond Adhesives Ltd is a well-established company, based in Sittingbourne, selling high performance adhesives to blue chip manufacturing companies throughout Europe. We are seeking to recruit a new part-time Assistant to our production and warehouse team. The primary responsibility will be to perform all aspects of day-to-day warehouse and production line operations. This will include, but not be limited to, labelling and filling bottles/containers with adhesive products; operating simple machinery, picking and packing of orders; checking goods in and goods out plus other various warehouse duties. Hours are 8.30 to 1pm Monday to Friday. Minimum wage. experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

MAIN DUTIES

Labelling and filling bottles/containers with adhesive products.
Picking, verification, packing and dispatch of sales orders.
Operating basic machinery.
Stock management.
Checking and inspecting goods in
Order picking/packing and goods out.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
Ability to perform manual handling tasks in association with day-to-day duties, in compliance with current Health & Safety legislation. Full training will be provided if required.
Other Duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent numeracy, literacy and organisational skills.
Can use a PC.
Physically fit, able to lift and move heavy items.
Punctual and reliable, with a good work ethic.
Must be able to work in a methodical and tidy manner.
Friendly team player.
