This is a brand new role created to compliment and support the ever evolving KYC team.

You will be responsible for ensuring existing processes are fit for purpose, designing new processes and providing expert advice for complex cases to internal and external customers.

You will have expert knowledge of KYC including AML regulation, customer due diligence and an understanding of HMRC regulation in relation to gift aid.

You would have had experience in coaching teams using process documentation, and be able to provide bespoke KYC advice to internal and external customers for complex cases.

You will look to identify opportunities to challenge and enhance processes with the aim of improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of the service, and be a subject matter expert for KYC within CAF.
