Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially aware Management Accountant to take sole responsibility for the transactional accounting in their organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have complete responsibility for the company's accounting on a day-to-day basis.

What does it entail?

Overall management and control of all income and expenditure
Management and development of all key financial and operational systems including Xero
Preparation of accurate and timely monthly reports including budget tracking, bank reconciliations and stakeholder reports
Management of all regular financial processes including PAYE, payroll, VAT returns, corporation tax and repatriation of funds to brand owners
Overseeing all licensee reporting activities across all brands including appropriate audit process for licensees
Management of relationship with external Accountants
Management of Accountants to deliver all statutory requirements for the business including the audit process

What skills and experience do I need?

Qualified / Part-Qualified / Qualified by Experience
Experience of working as a Management Accountant
Confident or experienced user of computer on Microsoft Office and other office IT systems
Strong working knowledge of key business accounting systems including Xero and preferably SalesForce Excellent people and communication skills
Good working knowledge of social media and online applications
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail in all matters of the business
High numeracy skills
Good organisation skills and time management
Happy to and able to work from home as required
