Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to Account Manage all permanent and fixed term contract roles within our Construction Division ("PW Construction Recruitment").
I need a recruiter with experience managing permanent and fixed term contracts roles, ideally on a Construction or similar Technical desk.
I do not expect you to cold-call or sell. I am confident that we have enough incoming business to enable you to bill a £120K - 175K desk (depending on how much you put in). You will earn in excess of £10K commission per annum. You will however be required to fully account manage your clients, visit your clients and source and register your candidates.
If you're a heavily targeted Permanent Consultant within a Construction or Technical Recruitment Agency, looking for a step into more of an Account Management role, please get in touch.
