Your new role
You will help to ensure that quality customer satisfaction is delivered by working towards strict deadlines and targets. You will be required to monitor customer orders to provide updates promptly, whilst also working to problem solve arising issues with stakeholders and handle complaints at first hand.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you must be based locally to Dartford or be able to commute within a reasonable time. You must have previous experience in sea logistics, with proven involvement in export operations and freight forwarding services. You will need to have the ability to problem solve, manage time, and have great collaborative abilities including teamwork and organisation skills. Experience of working and adapting to new technologies would desirable.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of up to £32,000. You'll receive 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension and shopping discounts. Role will be remote but will progress to 2 days at home and 3 days in the office. You will work full-time Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
