Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Near Maidstone

Salary: £55k-£60k

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (Flexible 2/3 days working from home, 2/3 days in the office)

As the Marketing Manager you'll take ownership of the strategic development, direction and day to day delivery of the companies communications, digital presence and knowledge sharing. You'll ensure that communication across all media - internal and external - is compelling, direct, engaging and consistent.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

* Lead, deliver and implement a national and international internal and external communications and marketing strategy to meet business demands
* Continuously review and improve the effectiveness of internal communication channels
* Manage the marketing and communications budget
* Assisting the Management Team with presentations
* Create engaging social media content, increasing employer brand awareness and business development opportunities
* Work with teams to identify opportunities for client case studies - both written and video
* Manage and deliver practice award submissions
* Liaise and coordinate press and PR activities
* Lead and attend industry events

We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills/experience:

* Degree in Marketing or equivalent
* Demonstratable experience within a similar Marketing role
* Strong graphic design skills
* Exceptional writing skills
* Ability to build trust and positive relationships with a range of colleagues
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Event keynote speaking experience
