CLAIMS HANDLER 12-month Contract
City based with flexible working from home
Salary to c£35,000
Lloyds Broker is seeking an experienced Claims Technician for a FTC for 12 months
Main Duties:
* Process and broke claims on in house system
* Monitor underwriters responses via ECF or email
* Liaise with clients/ TPA's and other third parties
* Handle all aspects of claim from first notification to payment
Education/ Training/ Qualification Required:
* Intermediary Excel and Word skills
* Microsoft office
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Required:
* Knowledge of insurance and claims ideally using ECF in any area of Insurance
* Intermediary Excel and Word skills
* Microsoft office
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Good organisational and computer skills
* Able to prioritise own workloads to ensure that deadlines are met
* Adhere to guidelines and claims processes
