Our client is passionate about their products and quality of their process from farm to plate.
They are seeking equally passionate Forklift Drivers (FLT) to take responsible for loading/unloading of specific tasks and vehicles, collecting and transporting goods across the site whilst they are driving safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have:
• FLT licence and 3 experience (advantageous)
• First Aid Certificate & Fire Marshall trained (valuable)
• Continuous improvement mind set, daily search for ways to improve performance and efficiency.
• Good communication skills (written, spoken and listening)
• Teamwork, able to work and liaise with others to ensure team goals are successfully achieved.
• Good emotional control (EI)
• Good numerical and literacy levels

Hours of Work: 12 hours 5pm to 5am as we have a number of roles across 2 shifts you have a choice at application to opt for Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.

These roles are being offered on a permanent basis with immediate starts available, the payrate is up to £11.25 per hour depending on experience and licenses held.

Although the site is accessible by public transport for a 5pm start in the mornings the public transport is not assessable until 7am therefore its preferred that candidates have their own transport (at the very least a pushbike)
