Due to an internal promotion, the business are looking to hire a proficient claims handler to join one of their leading teams and will provide ongoing support toward industry qualifications (eg. both Cert Cii and Dip Cii).

Day to day in the role – you will take the lead on managing a caseload of commercial claims, focusing on delivering an outstanding service to clients across the process.
This involves: using the system to register notification, request and gather documentation from clients, 3rd parties, witnesses and insurers; research policy information and provide advice to clients on the best courses of action, notifications and be a point of contact for insurers, policyholders and brokers throughout the claim process.
Salary up to £30,000 + free parking at the offices
25 day holiday + BH.
Flexible remote working scheme up to 4 days remote-working per week;
