We're looking for Multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradespeople able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties throughout the country.

Clarion Response provides repairs and maintenance services to more than 125,000 homes and is part of Clarion Housing Group, the largest housing association in the UK. We complete over 1,000 responsive repairs every day and are committed to providing a high quality service for all our residents.

What we're looking for

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade and one or more secondary trades you'll have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.

You'll be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
