Customer Service Executive - 3 days a week - £23,000 plus bonus - Chiswick

A fantastic opportunity is available working for a reputable business that provides an important service to individuals all around the globe. This dynamic business has a friendly, supportive team who consistently strive for excellent service to their customers by having a genuinely empathetic and caring service. This role is to start on the 9th of August.

This is a permanent opportunity based in modern offices, near Gunnersbury station. This role is working 3 days a week on a shift rota from Monday to Sunday. The rotation is 3 months of day shifts and 1 month of night shifts, this business offers significant opportunities to progress and do 6 monthly salary reviews.


Your new role

Your new role will be to provide a professional and positive experience by answering all requests in a timely a manner whilst expertly planning and coordinating a range of services to your clients. You will co-ordinate cases efficiently in accordance with internal specifications, seek and listen to customer feedback and share best practice to your colleagues.You will be problem solving and able to provide excellent customer service to the people you speak to. Your role will involve providing guidance on medical assistance to customers around the globe.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful you must have some international experience as you will be dealing with international customers, either having travelled, worked in travel in customer service or potentially as a flight attendant and ideally be degree educated with excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have worked in a call centre this would be additionally desirable experience.

What you'll get in return

In return you'll be offered a competitive salary of £23,000 plus bonus of £1,200 and a performance related bonus, a permanent contract, birthday leave, subsidised lunches, pension, life assurance, dental cover free fruit and many other fun activities! The role is to start on the 9th of August

You will work 3 days a week from Monday- Sunday with 1 month of night shifts every 4 months. This is an office based position in a business that offers long term progression both financially and personally, hours for day shifts are 8am-9pm or 8pm to 9am for the night shifts.
