PRINT ASSISTANT – PRINTED FOLDED CARTONS – EAST KENT
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Print assistant within an established Carton Manufacturer in East Kent.
As a Print Assistant, you will have filled a similar role on a Heidelberg printing press previously although further training will be provided.
Duties include:
- Assist printers in keeping their machine and area clean and tidy in line with audit standards.
- Keeping inks and solvents always topped up.
- Loading of press with board
- Putting on plates.
- Working quickly and efficiently to avoid press downtime.
- Disposing of waste products.
- Various other manual tasks as outlined by Press Operator.
Salary according to age and experience.
