We are busy (as ever!), and so, ready to immediately recruit a new team member to join our thriving Permanent division, working from our offices in the town centre.

This is a rare and opportunity-filled position – where you will have the benefit of being able to hit the ground running - working with a very busy, existing base of opportunity.

You will be empowered to take the lead on client and candidate relationships, using a combination of service delivery, process administration, problem solving and people skills to generate first choice results. Therefore to succeed in the role, you will need to be energetic, service-driven, ambitious, detail-orientated, and very keen to learn and continually up-skill.

We work alongside many of Kent’s busiest and most exciting companies, often on an exclusive basis. So this is a role with fabulous opportunity to create genuine impact to those around you.

The role is fast paced and varied, working as part of Tunbridge Wells’ largest active permanent recruitment team, with lots to be involved with both across the full 360 recruitment process, and so demonstrable experience in a service focused position, sales or account management would be ideal

Base salary with experience. Uncapped OTE

Working from town centre offices
