Interim Service Manager
I am working with a company who are looking for someone with a strong background in service management who has lead and developed teams handling over 6500 tickets per month across approximately 2500 users.
We are looking for someone who is experienced at running a service desk supporting a variety of technologies such as service and cloud technologies. In addition you need to manage and improve services, drive improvements, manage stakeholders and vendors and ensure a high level of service is maintained.
Required skills and Experience:
* Strong experience working within a corporate environment within a multi-server, multi-domain environment.
* Experience supporting systems, storage, networks and virtual environments/technologies
* Previous experience of being responsible for IT services, such as service desk.
* Technical experience of Azure and Office365
* ITIL Service Management with a track record of delivering success.
* Experienced in strategy, implementation transformation programs, ideally migration to cloud.
