You'll be working for an innovative, forward thinking company, delivering the best customer experience to our valued customers, providing information and ensuring the customer's needs are always met.
Interacting with our customers through various channels including Inbound and Outbound telephone contact you will provide our customers an efficient and friendly service. You will handle requests from customers, update databases, resolve situations effectively and sell additional products and services to drive revenue for the department.

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Identifying products and services with will benefit the customer
* Work within your team to achieve common objectives and sales targets.
* Excellent IT skills
* Able to work diligently on own initiative and make decisions
* Demonstrable good judgement and able to challenge others viewpoints in a positive and constructive manner
* Strong team player
* Highly organised
* Ability to handle difficult situations
