System Administrator

Our client is a City based Lloyd's Broker. They are currently looking for an individual to join their Operations team.



Job Purpose:

The role is a pivotal part of the team to help ensure that systems are running smoothly for staff and clients.



Duties include:

* Maintain system efficiency for our EPG system
* Develop templates to be implemented to the system
* Create documentation in MS Word, PowerPoint and PDF using various branding and schema guidelines
* Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
* Cross checking the development of new client set ups to ensure consistency and accurate and relevant data is input and collected
* Problem solving client and employee queries and working to resolve issues quickly
* Overseeing the review of manufacturer models data and ensuring it is implemented and

updated in the systems

* Export data and present in MS Excel for reporting
* Make recommendations for improvements
* Evaluate and modify system performance





Essential Experience:

Previous experience as System Administrator with a passion for IT.
