Due to the continued expansion of our client's business we have a vacancy available for someone who wants to join an exciting, ambitious and growing company! The role requires a professional but personable individual who is organised, positive, respectful, professional, committed, and conscientious to fulfil the role and exceed expectations.
As a Trainee Case Manager, your main overall responsibility will be to manage the diary and all of the administration associated with their ongoing cases.
About the role
* Diary management; booking appointments and obtaining all necessary documentation on an ongoing weekly basis
* Liaising with clients (including but not limited to solicitors, local authorities, doctors) by written correspondence including emails and by telephone
* Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with enquiries within a specified, prompt time period
* Booking in patients for clinical referrals
* Providing administration support to the office and assisting the team during leave/busy periods
* To increase business by securing instructions, accommodating enquirer requests and following up enquiries/instructions
* Formatting and invoicing for reports
* Ensuring GDPR compliance
About you
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task as this is essential for the job role
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
* Strong attention to detail

The ability to work well in a team as well as acting on initiative
Benefits the role offers
* Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with one hour for lunch with attendance being required at a team meeting once a week at 8.30am
