Job Title: Junior IT Support Technician

Location: Near Canterbury (office based)

Salary: £21k

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)

As an IT Support Technician your responsibilities would be:

* Acting as the first and second level technical support for clients using Windows.
* Assisting members of staff on-site and remotely.
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems including issues with email, TCP/IP, internet, PCs, Servers, Wi-Fi, browsers, peripherals, software, both OS and 3rd party apps.
* Diagnosing windows systems, server and cloud applications.
* Setting up, migrating and managing Office 365 applications.
* Keeping company equipment and supplies organised and in working order.
* Staying up-to-date on technical solutions, software developments, general IT and industry news.
* Escalating advanced network and server issues to IT Manager

Skills and experience required:

* Experience working in a computer support environment
* Networks including hardware and configuration
* Peripheral hardware and diagnostic tools
* MS Word/Excel/Outlook and other
* Windows applications
* Ability to convey technical IT information to non-technical staff
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
