A rare opportunity!

My client is located in the beautiful surrounds of the Kent countryside near Hever Castle.

They supply quality plants to garden designers & landscapers.

This role would suit an enthusiastic individual with the ability to work within a friendly, family run business nearing its 40th anniversary year!

Full time position - Monday to Friday - 40 hours (8 hour shift)
Essential Duties Include:

· Answering phone calls.

· Taking & delivering messages.

· Welcoming and assisting customers to the office.

· Opening, sorting and distributing emails (Outlook).

· Updating stock management system. (Passfield – training given)

· Helping with logistics planning.

Working within a small friendly team, the successful candidate will ideally need to demonstrate the following:

- Possess a great attitude and pleasant customer manner.

- Great communicator

- Have an excellent level of administrative and computer skills including MS Excel & Word

- The ability to adapt and learn a niche horticultural software package (fully training will be given)

- Be a positive team player, willing to pitch in and help out where needed and believe in the importance of team-work and a collaborative approach

- Confident, proactive and able to work on own initiative

Salary: Up to £19,250.00 per year, pension and parking on-site
