Sales Assistant
Aylesford, Maidstone
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
£16,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
Monthly bonus schemes
Full training provided
QX Bathroom Products are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our busy sales office based in Aylesford. This role is busy and varied. We are looking for a candidate that will not shy away from telephone communication.
Main duties will include:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Monitoring and distributing the sales emails
• Maintaining outstanding relationships with customers
• Answering high levels of incoming calls quickly and efficiently
• Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and within defined timescales
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Essential skills required:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
• Excellent telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft products
• A strong ability to prioritise workload
Desirable skills required:
• Previous Experience in a related field
• Own transportation would be preferable as public transport links to the depot are limited
