IBA Accounting Technician
Lloyds Broker
Permanent contract with salary to £40,000 + benefits package
City Office 3 days per week / WFH 2 days per week
An opportunity to join an innovative and expanding international Lloyds broker at a very exciting time in their evolution.
This role will suit an experienced IBA specialist with exposure to the Lloyds and Company markets who is looking for an opportunity to develop existing knowledge and learn new skills across premium & claims accounting.
Duties will include:
* Reconciliation of cash
* Unallocated cash investigations
* Render statements of account
* Process and arrange payments
* Assume responsibility for Bureau accounting
* Deal with foreign currency and exchange rate issues
* Proactive credit control and aged debt management
* Reporting and ad hoc projects
* Work closely with UK & international clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders
Candidates must be able to show a background of working in an IBA function within the Lloyds/Company marketplace from either a broking, insurer or MGA environment.
This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is team orientated, considers themselves an innovative problem solver, able to multi-task and thrives on new challenges.
