Job Title: Mortgage Broker

Salary: £32,000 plus commission and benefits

Location: Mid Kent (Maidstone)

My client, a well-established and successful business who specialise in commercial and residential mortgages, are looking for experienced Mortgage Brokers to join them in managing their volume of work.

Duties include:

* Working within an independent, whole of market brokerage, both on your own, and closely with other brokers and dedicated case managers.
* Liaising with lenders and customers in order to identify and procure the best finance deals for each situation.
* Ensuring compliance with regulations at all time.

The successful candidate will have:

* CeMAP 3 qualification.
* Experience working with investors and owner-occupiers across commercial and semi-commercial property finance, as well as residential mortgages.
* Great customer service skills, building lasting business relationships.
* A dynamic, can-do attitude.
* Excellent time management skills and a target driven approach.
